These are the terms for using SpaceValued ("the site"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Information only, not advice
For general information only. Not investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
The site reports market caps, filings, insider transactions and dated events for listed companies. It states what was filed, launched or decided, and when. It gives no advice, opinion, rating or forecast about any security, and nothing on it takes your own circumstances into account. SpaceValued is not a broker, a dealer or an investment adviser.
2. How current and how exact the numbers are
- Prices are end-of-day and load overnight. The price used is the previous session's regular-session last sale across several US venues, not the official closing auction price.
- Share counts are the latest figures companies have filed. A company's real share count can change before its next filing.
- Launch dates and other event dates change. Each event shows what kind of date it is and links to its source.
- Summaries of filings are written by an AI model from the filing's own text and can contain errors. The filing is the record.
The methodology explains how every number is built. Every number shows its source and "as of" date so you can check it against that source. Errors are fixed and recorded on the corrections page.
3. No warranty
The site is provided as it is. SpaceValued works to keep it accurate but does not promise that it is complete, correct, current or always available. Check anything that matters to you against the original source before relying on it.
4. Liability
As far as the law allows, SpaceValued is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on what it shows, including trading losses.
5. Other people's data and sites
The data comes from the providers listed on the sources page and stays subject to their terms. Quote widgets on some company pages are provided by TradingView and are covered by TradingView's own terms. Company logos are trademarks of their owners, shown only to identify each company; no endorsement is implied. Links to other sites (the SEC, exchanges, agencies, companies) are there so you can check a source; SpaceValued does not control those sites.
6. Using what you find here
You may read the site, link to it, and quote its figures with credit to SpaceValued and a link to the page. Please do not copy the site or its data in bulk, republish it as a competing service, or load pages with automated tools at a rate that burdens the site. The SpaceValued name and design belong to SpaceValued.
7. The weekly email
The SpaceValued Weekly email is free and sent through beehiiv. Every issue has an unsubscribe link. These terms apply to the email as well.
8. Changes
These terms can change. The date at the top shows the latest version; using the site after a change means you accept it.
