If a number or a sentence on this site is wrong, it gets fixed and the fix is recorded here.
Report an error
Write to hello@spacevalued.com with:
- the company or the page;
- what the site shows;
- what you believe is right, and the source you are comparing against (a filing, an exchange notice, the company's own document).
Each report is checked against the source the methodology names for that number. A difference that follows from the methodology is not an error: for example, this site uses the regular-session last sale rather than the closing auction price, and counts every share class. Those cases get a reply explaining the difference.
What gets recorded
Every change to a published number or statement that was wrong: a share count, a listing, a company's segment, an event date, a sentence. Routine updates are not corrections: a new filing replacing an older share count, or a launch date moving, is the data changing, and each page shows its "as of" date.
Numbers held back by the automatic checks (a share count that moves more than 10% in a day, a price that moves more than 40%) never reach the site until reviewed, so they are not listed here either.
